Come with pin hooks that can be adjusted within 3 inches but drapery rod rings are not included. Length is measured from the eye ring where the curtain hooks are attached. If you intend to have the curtain cover the entire window, the width should be slightly wider than the window to ensure full coverage and adequate blocking.
