Made from 100% pure maple syrup, organic maple sugar has a naturally sweet caramel flavour. With no added preservatives, flavours or colours it is a delicious alternative to cane sugar and can be used in sweet or savoury recipes, in baking, breakfast or to sweeten your favourite warming drink.

Maple sugar retains the nutritional benefits of maple syrup including antioxidants, manganese, zinc, magnesium, riboflavin, calcium and potassium. A teaspoon of maple sugar contains less calories than other sugars and is easier to digest.

SUGGESTIONS FOR USE:

• Made from pure organic maple syrup, you can use maple sugar in sweet and savoury recipes. It can be used in marinades and rubs, as a drink sweetener, baking ingredient or sprinkled on top of your cereal, porridge, fresh fruit or on toast.
• You can also use it to sweeten a decadent whipped cream (or coconut cream) or in place of sugar in your morning tea or coffee. Enjoy the unique and delicious sweetness.
• You can also use it in case of a maple syrup emergency by reconstituting the sugar granules. Simply add enough water to bring the mixture to a syrupy consistency.
